• Mise en place (Pre-Flight-Preparations & Pre-Service-Preparations)

• Table Setting & Decoration

• Beverage Service: (Tea, coffee, water, wine, cocktail etc.)

• Napkin Etiquette including: How to lay a guest napkin. How to tidy and replace it
