Stefanie´s work involved the following responsibilities: providing professional care and service to our passengers on board our private jets,arranging the service of food and drinks during the flight,organising catering on site, monitoring of stock levels and regular replenishment of food and drink supplies,cost management for catering supplies, ensuring cleanliness of the entire aircraft during use, handing over to colleagues after each period of service, keeping checklists and coordinating them with the office in Salzburg. We found Stefanie to be an extremely motivated and conscientious member of team. She showed herself to be very commited and friendly and made great efforts to promote our company´s interests. Thanks to her great willingness to learn, her powers of comprehension and perceptiveness, and her excellent level of professional knowledge acquired from the hotel trade, we were able to put Ms Trinkberger in a position of full responsibility on one of our aircrafts after just a few days. It was worthy & it was made for our CV, our curriculum vitae and for our future career goals. welcome day which was an introduction into the house and the departements, Successful sales, certification, complaint handing, telephone skills, Service etiquette, Guest Service Delight, hilton honers introduction etc. This little booklet & the training itself gave every one of us an upsell & here you could see a bit more about each individual participant. It was a fair start for everyone. and the welcome day and the trainings included all new beginners from all the individual departements. It was a very good and short intro in this house in particular, starting in the big 5-star hotel industry coming from a little family hotel & being 19 discovering big city life in munich.”

The first weeks at the Hilton, 5-star-reception desk. during an evening shift at the very first beginning: “Dana, can I stand a bit next to you, having a look how you do the Check In?” Dana: “Sure”.
Me: “I do like how you do it.”
Me later on: Can you please go through with me each step at Fidelio…
Dana answered very professional, sugar sweet & with a gentle light smile. And she explained everything till the question and the question after was really answered and understood.
Dana: “Ok, I show it to you…”
Me: And Dana did it very, very well with patience. I wrote down each detail and each real good hint Dana gave me. And things i needed to know about facilities in house etc. we had a good evening. Dana and me we became friends. YEAY! I was happy! dana too. And my check in level improved through this shift with Dana over night rapidly. :-) Juhuuu! I started to understand how the hotel programm Fidelio works. At least for the Check In this evening, I was fit to do it and I had safty in knowing each step practical wise. And this was neccesary. Absolutely neccesary. everyone needs a practical training and an on the job training to get safty and routine. This was in the 1st/ 2nd week. I loved dana how she explained everything very easy and into detail.
Personal Note: “Dana is a ladylike, routined genius in Checking in & Checking out being extraordinary efficient & super friendly being everybody´s darling and being very good helpful in german and in english. Dana was flying high, when the crowd of people was specially long, then dana was on high speed mode. Working with the fidelio hotel program was for Dana the easiest task on earth. In my first weeks Dana was the sweetest & the most prettiest personal trainer in extraordinary well done Check In´s & Check Outs. Just standing by the side & learning from the best, making some small notes. Dana ist not just the best dancer of the whole Milk-Bar, a very cool, easy & good driver in busy city traffic downtown Munich. Dana is as well the best personal Reception trainer I ever could ask for. Thanks for being an extraordinary sweet colleague, dear friend & hairstyle idol. I really mean it. I was just a few years younger and I´m not forgetting the very good job Dana did with me & for me when I was on my way, just starting into the business. I passed on to my trainees what dana once at an evening shift learned to me… DANKE DANA!”

Hilton Munich Park: After breakfast a little lady with brown quickly brushed hair, without Make up & without styling, in pink cosy, but used up jogging suit showed up having a seat at the VIP lounge at the 12th floor, the closest chair next to the reception. An unusual guest with unusual appearance. she just missed breakfast. Having a little chat with the older lady serving a Cappuccino, asking during easy small talk for her room number.
She said, that she is with her son. And she told the room number from her son. And there it was to see in the systhem, comedian Mario Barth, I had no real idea which person is behind and I never heared this name before. In the systhem was standing at remarks, right bottom line: the 2nd room number and the PM which means paymaster.
In between a few minutes, it turned out that the mom of RTL comedian Mario Barth checked in the night before. During I did my work at the office-desk, I found out, that we both were in the same girls school & we had the same economics teacher who was teaching business economics in nun outfit, Sister Werburga.
We both were absolutely amazed & we started smiling and calculating the years dates backwards, how this is possible. Sister Werburga was a very young nun teaching the mom of Mario Barth & she was at least between 60 and 70, when teaching our class with black little bit to big worn out Birkenstock-sandals, big old 70ties fashioned glasses, nun´s habit & nun´s veil. Mario Barth´s mom had a different family name & she was not as VIP recognizable. Not at all. Even more a granny in a pink jogging suit you meet at grocery shopping. Anyhow, we kept chatting & she told me, that her favorite restaurant is there in this area as well. And I said, I´m coming from this area, I grew up there. “What´s the name of the restaurant”. Without expecting this, she said:
Mom of RTL comedian Mario Barth: “Well you will not know it, it´s a very small but very good family restaurant with very good homemade Bavarian products. And I´m there always going together with my friend. I´m always going there, when I´m in this area.”
Asking kindly, if she knows the name of the restaurant, saying I´m quite sure, that I should know it. And surprisingly she said:

This was breath-taking! And inside me I started jumping. And I said, that´s my family home, that´s where I grew up. This is the restaurant & hotel of my parents. I was so very happy before midday, downtown Munich, meeting the mom of Mario Barth & she tells me, that when ever she is in the Traunstein-Area, she goes to her favorite restaurant “the Michlwirt.” Out of excitement I was calling my mom at home, leaving shortly for 5 minutes to call mom: “Imagine, imagine who is here?! It´s the mom of Mario Barth, she just said her favorite restaurant is the Michlwirt & we went in the same school, having the same economics teacher, Sister Werburga.” My mom became as happy as me. So this information I had to pass on immediately. This was the only time in one year I gave a short ring home. Oh my god, How exciting news!

Stefanie: “I just covered them in hot water coming from the evian bottles we are using on board to boil water. so I was heating a lot of evian water and put it boiling in a box on the sausages till they became warm.”

At work in the kitchen, I got to know Stefanie as a very lovely young lady. everyone could see and feel, that she combines passsion, creativity and know-how.
