Stefanie grew up between cooking pots, reception desk and Bavarian & International restaurant. Stefanie´s mom, dad & brother Rudi called “Juni” standing for junior, are doing homemade, fantastic quality delicatess food, to name it right, it´s bavarian food for the soul. so very good homemade meat products, sausages, dumplings, Sauces, Bavarian Dot Noodles “Spätzle”, salads, homemade jams & jellys just to name a few. In total at least 1.000 homemade & handmade products which are daily freshly produced to sell in the restaurant and in the shops.
So very, very good Soups, Sauces, Pastries, pancakes, scrambled fluffy pancakes which is known as the kaiserschmarrn served with apple puree & daily special dishes which went through “Meine Mama´s” cooking spoon. written in german “meine mama” means my mom.
all the family is very talented in easily doing the best f&B (Food & BEVERAGES). the people do simply love all the delicatess products, which are a joy to eat, a joy to have on the bread, a joy to serve on board and on the ground. the family loves their products and the family stands with their personality and their name for the best quality of food. starting with a small family restaurant and delicatess shop, which grew into a busy and well known place.
Stefanie´s parents own a beautiful Bavarian family- & Business hotel, with got multiple times awarded for bavarian & international cuisine. The delicatess Production, is done by Stefanie´s dad & brother. So from a very early childhood on, both children started with food design, in their own name, with “Buchstaben-Suppe”, “bavarian spätzle” which are homemade dot noodels. growing up in a big kitchen & chef environment, doing it on a playful way, Being little food artists with desserts and specially for big events like weddings each saturday in charge. on sunday, when all the house was without guests, rudi Junior and stefanie were fencing in the banket room with extra long cooking spoons, they were playing drums on the buckets and the big cooking pots, doing voice tests over the banket microphone, inline skating at the banket room and at the roof top in autumn. playing badminton at the hall. inline skating at the hotel parking place, calking the hotel parking spot with beautiful paintings and hearts doing an own BICYCLE parkour. as hotel child stefanie grew up in between a big melting pot of people and characters and she learned from early childhood on, how very important personalized service is.
Stefanie´s first personal plate was a ferry tale plate “Snow White” - in german “Schneewittchen” & ”Cinderella” - in german “Aschenputtel”. Mom bought the plates at a small trader, about half a year later, a dishwasher lady was not careful, she broke the used plate during dishwashing and it could not be replaced.
the most loved dishes during childhood were all kind of soups which were on the daily menu, pancake soup, white-bread-dumpling soup & Spaghetti Bolognaise. building artwork on the plate. Food artwork, puzzle pieces. just playing a bit around and sometimes having instructors supporting, showing & explaining how they are doing it.
Each Saturday for the big summer weddings Rudi Junior in the age of 4 standing on a chair to reach the working desk level & Stefanie with about 7, next to him together with a chef trainee they bread-coated the main dish together. Standing on a kitchen chair having a look in the very big, high cooking pots, watching “Spätzle”, the bavarian dot-noodels cooking up in the boiling water, keeping the strainer ready to fish them out. Stefanie´s white pinafore with raffles was loved deeply. it was by this time one of her favorite things to wear.
all two little ones, grew mainly up in the kitchen, it was their living room where all the daily actions were happening. now a day we would call it influencer were: “Bezaubernde jeanny”, “the nanny”, “Ghostbusters”, “Simpsons”, “Back in the future”, “Fred Feuerstein”, “The prince from bel air”, “Glücksbärchis”, “Die Gummibären-Bande”, “arielle” etc. both played with joy in their childhood games, like monopoly, “Name, flower, animal” in German “name-blume-tier”, Uno and marco stapling dishes on a big tray. both, Rudi Junior & Stefanie were into waving little fabrics out of yarn and designing handbags & purses out of it. playing tenting in the living-room with the big chairs and blankets, shaping figures with Salt dough, using wallpaper paste to do figures, doing their own lemonades & being at the hotel parking spot playing baseball and dodgeball. Both were very creative in inventing games and Rollplays, little theaters themself.
Anyhow, all around food & Bevarage, so called F&B, was going on & was the surrounding. the hotel and the restaurants, the delicatess shop, always a Place where it was always busy, crowded and a lot of action. always the best smell & always something to try. always something to see, to learn and to help. The place where all important people were & where the phone was permanently ringing for reservations and orders.
The children and teenage time, during big festive events on Saturday, in the age of 14, adding the “green love” parsley & chives to the dish, before it got passed to the service people. In assistance, little brother Rudi took care of the lemon slice. They learned how important great food quality, special attention, food styling and personal service is, this from baby shoes on.
The restaurant and delicatess family business grew fast and it´s holding many National & International awards:
-Feinschmecker, the Nr. 1 German Gourmet Magazine, and F&B bible for authentic high quality food, high quality beverage, service standards, locations, special people in the food & beverage producing and selling business, most beautiful pictures, high end landscape, food and magazine design. The business family got 3 times named at the Feinschmecker Magazine & in the separate booklet with address & recommendation with a little text. Actually wondering how “the Feinschmecker” found the little village Palling & the Michlwirt family. Through Dad´s suppliers, spice companies, business hotel guests & regular customers, the family business and it´s specialities got suggested. It became a special honor. Stefanie´s dad who is not into books or into journals, started to love the Feinschmecker magazine for it´s outmost special design and it´s very special packaging design, which went straight into the hands of the customers. What came in return, outstanding feedback from all the people. “How very beautiful bags!” So the people started collecting each year at least a Feinschmecker bag as they were so very very special and beautiful in design, wording and in print.
This was Stefanie´s first job & a big honor being in touch with real magazine professionals during beeing teenager working in the hotel office doing the public relations & the marketing.
It was a joy being in touch and it was a joy for everyone seeing the results. very kind, lovely, sweet personal & serious treatment from this great publisher, “the Feinschmecker Magazine”. to personalize the bags, writing all shop locations, giving a high quality logo for print & ordering enough for the coming out of the magazine and it´s booklet. As it was so very beautiful and everyone had to have it, so after less then a week, about 5 days the first order of the bags was all given out to all the regular customers. being a bit sad that all the bags were already given to all customers, before we could put at least one bag by the side. With finding a flyer, that it´s possible to re-order more bags, they got re-ordered in a higher amount & for each shop. Regular customers, holiday guests, business guests and the staff gave feedback never heard before. “How very, very beautiful bags you have"! Everyone had to get this really cool bags in both sizes, small and medium. They were happy bags in very, very good quality.

Stefanie received in the age of 14 the German States Award from the ministry of nourisment, agriculture & forests for best commercial idea to promote healthy food for kids & teens. The idea was to rap a conversation of teenagers, using the language of the now a day time.
Both Parents are individually holding several german states awards from the ministry of nourishment, agriculture & forests for their professional acievements and entrepreneurship. they are busy managing the hotel- Restaurant-Business. Stefanie´s Dad and Brother are 24/7 in charge of the delicatess production and the shops.
Brother Rudi got awarded for beeing the youngest delicatess maker master all over germany and austria. he studied at BFS1, Business School for Delicatess makers. Congratulations little brother, very well done!

at ground school about 2nd/ 3rd class, Stefanie won 2nd and 3rd price at Raiffeisen bank art award for kids, which got selected and awarded inside ground school from Raiffeisen bank Palling.
During college Stefanie was For 5 years, 5 TIMES taking part & scoring high at the “Bavarian Quick Typing Championship.”
With 18 winning the 2nd price of the “Chiemgau Gastronomic Championship.”
Stefanie loved the colorful melting pot of the BFS1, a business school for hotels, gastronomy, delicatess makers, interior design, wood-making, painting & hair styling. It was a business school focused on classical education, practical mindset and training. A Business college OF FURTHER EDUCATION.
With 22 Stefanie started modeling. SITTING AS ANGEL ON A BENCH IN HARPFERTSHAM, FOR GÖSSL POSING AT FRAUENINSEL AT THE BEAUTIFUL CHIEMSEE LAKE. HAVING LEATHER PANTS & SHIRT OF MEINDL´S LUXURY LEATHER DESIGN. THE HAT FROM MEINDL COMPOSED WITH MATCHING RÖCKL GLOVES. IN HAMBURG WITH ALSTERHOUSE DESIGN OUTFITS POSING OVER THE ROOFS OF HAMBURG. IN LOS ANGELES BEING CITY NATIVE AMERICAN SO CALLED “STADT INDIANER”, The outer layer of a very old tree got turned into the headpeace of the los Angeles Born ART project “MOTHER EARTH”. following Los Angeles Art & Photography projects followed: “POINT DUME” “L.A. DOWNTOWN”. “A.I.T.N.C” with Art director Eisuke Taki, the creator of the Emmy Award figure.
the fun and the creative part was counting. Meeting creatives and likeminded people. Learning how professional photo shoots are done. STEFANIE WAS making her own contacts into the professional and semi professional photographer world. Finding her passion in modeling & creative model foto shoots. It became more then just a hobby. It became passion for artwork, finding the perfect picture combination, the right location & a matching team having fun & greatest results. Just collecting cool pictures & doing artwork. Being happy about each cool result. Just having fun & working creative with the goal to do with the pictures something big, like a homepage, a small creative agency or something with picture artwork & quotes. This was the idea behind. Step by step building a portfolio. It was not about the money, it was about the playfulness and the fun working creative.
Middle 20, Stefanie was walking the Miss Germany catwalk.
The Michlwirt family took part at the most beautiful pictured and written cooking book “Kulinarische Entdeckungsreise durch´s Rupertigau”, specially interviewed by the lovely editor Petra Wagner & the most amazing photographer Daniel Schvarcz, who created the first truly loved family picture which is the first welcoming picture at the little side entrance. Asking Daniel Schvarcz, if it´s possible to receive the pictures digital. And saying by this time “thank you” in a big way, for something which made us all very, very happy & which created family feeling in the whole house. This one and only perfect family picture, my mom received it as christmas present from dad and me. Reinhard winkler did a very good job in retouching and print.
Stefanie has been a VIP Flight Attendant for 18 and a half years, a certified trainer for hotel management studies, already for 13 years.
In 2011/12 Stefanie graduated from Steigenberger Academy, Campus Bad Reichenhall, Germany in cooperation with the University of Applied Science Bad Honnef, Germany with the Bachelor of Hotel Management, Bachelor CCI.
The Bachelor of Hotel Management, cci, includes following subjects: dietics, business economics/ business management/ business administration/ business accounting/ management accounting, law, case studies, service etiquette, art of dining, decoration, rhetoric skills, communication skills & presentation skills, public relations, marketing/ advertising, project management, gaining expert knowledge & expert network.
by this time, Stefanie was already holding a college degree in dietics, home economics, business economics, business-accounting, german literatur and english language studies and a college of higher education degree in dietics, home economics, business economics, Business administration, English and Service etiquette.
"JELS” English Language Studies Malta was a further step in studying english conversation in Malta with a private teacher, who was the young and beautiful daughter of the female owner of JELS. She was a native speaker & a different kind of thinking-teacher with connecting practical events, practical daily life situations with English conversation topic. Taking the language & it´s grammar easy & creating a working flow. With being a trendsetter with wearing special cool haircuts, guiding her english conversation trainee to her own hair stylist, recommending “Tony & Guy” for the new haircut. A coffee-shop conversation lesson, a Valetta water boat trip, a MTV-Popey village party, after she managed to make the English conversation level more lively with a friend communication level, taking the job easy & connecting it with holiday & daily things to do.
Flair Bartending Course & on the job training, Klagenfurt Austria “Flying Cangaroo” who became the European Champion & then the World-Champion in Flair Bartending, at the Flair Bartending World Championship in Las Vegas, America. Stefanie´s personal Flair Bartending trainer Martin Schlamberger, owner of the Flair Bartending School and Working Flair Bar, Party Bar “Flying Cangaroo” in Klagenfurt Austria. He was the only personal trainer in Barkeeping and in Flair Bartending, having as well a training on location just setting and improving with good tips, what he would recommend, which equipment is still needed and he gave good companies to order the flair bar shaker and the flair bottles. This was at the very first beginning and the start of the success story of the Michlwirt Bar. Stefanie found Martin Schlamberger outstandingly performing at the spring and autumn gastronomic trade fair in Salzburg “Alles für den gast” & so she was asking for a contact & if it´s possible to book them for a show barkeeping event, or if it´s possible to book them for a personal training. Later on being in touch per E-Mail, asking if it´s possible to pass by to give a small training on location after the trade fair in salzburg, austria. Martin was doing an amazing job, just giving small & easy tips, small ideas of improving, simply what he would suggest. he gave me two recipes, the very important hint to finest call we found already at the Salzburg Gastronomic trade fair and we had it already in house in use. to add he gave the adress, where he is having his flair barshaker from, which is flying straight just made for flair bartending. A special expensive one. Martin was doing amazing advertising for the bar brand Monin, Riemerschmied and Finest Call as he found this products himself very good and me too. using it himself at his bar and at the salzburg Gastronomic trade fair “Alles für den Gast” having good results and great feedbacks. Just watching him & just getting small hints and moves already made the difference & improved the level of the bar, when having everything set and when starting at the Michlwirt in a very big way with the Strawberry Daiquiri, and the Flair Barshaker.
Becoming a world traveller flying from home base Munich Airport, starting flying as a skyline angel working on board a private jet having it´s setting like a luxury 5-star hotel.
Travelling around the globe with a silver tray, a designer Rimowa hard-shell suitcase with a zipper, a bag pack, a small hand-bag with Swarovski stones on it and last but not least my beloved i-phone, the best of the best Sennheiser headphones, Mac book Laptop, my beloved Sony Vaio Laptop I called “Vaio” & “Snow White”, Ballerinas, running shoes/ trainers, high heels & a little black dress, being Privatjet flight Attendant and Private P.A. on Board the Privatjet, serving high end top VIP guests on board. Flying has become more than just a profession, it´s passion for the job, passion for Private Aviation & for working with all given talents creative and innovative.

F&B Management, “Chef” is the french word for cook, so the main duty on board and on the ground turns around F&B. Organizing the very best high quality food and beverages for the next flight and having it perfectly packed and transported to the jet. Which means preparing the food, being as well Personal Assistent for the children, Florist, Stylist, Hair Stylist, Personal Shopper, Housekeeper, most of all a very busy Flight Attendant, a Very busy P. A. on board the privatjet. travelLing the whole globe. So you truly have to be very well organized, very skilled in buying, preparing, arranging food & beverages, flowers, newspapers & journals and Personal requests. Having all likes and dislikes of the passenger quietly noticed. Knowing the favourite dishes, the favourite brands, the favourite drinks and most of all collecting all the favourite “likes”. from table wear, porcelain, tea, cup Noodels, Children Toys, Ammeneties, parfume, air spray till the dry store and the f&B stock on Board.
DESIGN PROJECTS
Speaking about the design projects, designing better to say recycling. It´s quite no item in my wardrobe existing, which got not pimpt, which got not hand tailored and overworked. somehow it became so much fun designing out of skirts and dresses which became 1-2 sizes to big, when starting flying something compleatly new. It was shortly before the globaljet Party, and I thought about what to wear. I tried a few outfits. and i decided for a chocolate color baby doll dress, which just got re-designed. the first sampler, which was a 3/4 silk skirt before. and which became my first recycle design project.
All my clothes came mainly from Gerer Exclusive, Gerer In Style, calla. Later on more airport munich influence was in my wardrobe like single it pieces of max mara, Max Mara Weekend, marco Polo, suits, costumes and skirts from Hugo Boss, wholford, Luxury 2nd Hand from Ms. Wrobel who improved my wardrobe in a very big way, D.K.N.Y London (Donna Karen New York London and new York), Lio Jo Italy, Ralph Lauren cashmere jumper, BCBG Maxzaria and shops I found around the world. all My shoes who travelled with me the world, came from Mrs. hofstetter. She is an authentic cool person, having an amaaazing cool style for the very best shoes and brands staying with her consistant very good style and taste very reliable. I truly loved shopping with her.
Shopping with Shop Manager Renate who asked the first time, “do you want to model for us?! We are having a fashion show in 2 weeks. Jumping out of joy “Yes, with pleasure!” This was when I was student.
In front of the mirror the idea was born to pull the dress up & to make a kind of babydoll dress out of it. The first dress, out of this idea, got worn at the “Globaljet Summer Party”. The best party ever! Then 2 white amazing dresses and a dark grey one from Vienna in the same style followed. It looked each time different and even better then the one before. The cut & the design was so very special done by Luise, that all over the world, people gave compliments & they turned their head. The dresses, the cuts and the material were so very special that Dior Paris copied the idea and the cut of the dress very accurately about 12 years after, seen at Paris Fashion week & worn by a most beautiful blonde actress and Dior Model.
Luise and Stefanie had it as original already on the market. And this special designed dresses no other person had, travelled the whole world, all over Russia, Europe, Middle East & China, Malaysia. Specially the Marriott lounges all over the world, SOHO Moscow, Olbia, Dubai, Laris Shanghai meeting Dan Designer and Art Director from Range Rover China saying in a very cute and winning way “What a beautiful dress, you look in it like a princess.” The Chinese Ken Doll said this, when passing by, ordering with my colleague Magda.
As the 2 white dresses and the grey dress were the super special design It-pieces and an eye catcher everywhere. The very best Design turned out of an amazing long skirt found in Vienna during a shopping stay with Globaljet together with Most amazing Hugo Boss Boots.

The idea about a new brand, about a new invention came when thinking, “actually this would be needed by the whole world” or “this would look way cooler”. Ideas came always out of a certain situation, when something was missing, or something was not perfect, or when a situation needed urgent action and an urgent solution and I started to pray for help from above.
Like the situation, sitting in the brand new most beautiful white apartment at the desk, thinking: “hmmm why in this world are trash bins always plain, ugly & not special. No one ever invented something beautiful with style. Somehow it´s fully missing on the market. After doing market researches through all the design stores & internet, which was absolutely disappointing. So a new mission was born. And it got called by now “Luxury Bin” a luxury trash bin underneath the desk, for the bathroom, to stand there as single design it-piece. With wood-maker Albert the perfect fitting lid got created topped with a big Swarovski-Glass stone, which got found once in London. The big white cylinder which was actually functioning as something completely different, was a perfect base for this most amazing invention. Everyone wanted to buy it and XXXL Lutz Salzburg had the base for this invention straight left next to the entrance.
as Stefanie is a researcher, a world improver. A born Privatjet Flight Attendant. She loves seeing people happy, good relationships and strong young generations. actually we are all researchers and life improvers. it´s a permanent renewing process, like mother nature.
out of personal interest Stefanie studied for 7 years Alternative healing/ alternative healing medicine studies & did the studies during off time in a block of a week. she compleated this next to flying. Her tutor the most amazing Alice seidl vAn Haren, who is loved deeply for exactly who she is and for what she stands for. with alice more colour, more easiness, a deeper understanding and peace came into wardrobe and life. alice and rolf both are making a positive change to people´s life. they are working for the good & they try to bring out the best out of a person & for the person. So being very grateful to experience a way of teaching, which is fair, easy, loving, whole heartedly and respectful. Believing in what you are doing. Believing in the good. Believing in your work.
